Here is a recent word from the Lord that I think will encourage you:
“The ‘school’ of this season is learning to stay above this natural, earthly realm and all its lures and distractions. This season is about getting acquainted with and acclimated to your real home. This lower realm is where you get bogged down and drained dry.
I have taught you about abiding, and I have taught you about ascending. So now, you are to learn how to abide and to live out of this heavenly place, with Me. From this place, you will effectively rule and reign in the earth. I am calling you higher, to a place of a new language, to a place of unhindered communion with Me.
‘Heaven is My throne and earth is My footstool’ (Isaiah 661; Acts 7:49). And so it is with you… In the heavenly realm is your rest and peace. And earth is the place of your dominion. Never again controlled, except by Me – not under the influences of these lower dimensions. Like the children of Israel, ‘Every place on which the soul of your foot treads shall be yours’ (Deuteronomy 11:24). You are not under the laws that govern this fallen reality. Because this realm is not your home, and you are a citizen of another land, you have diplomatic immunity.
This day, I offer you an invitation to come and explore your homeland, to get to know its inhabitants, to learn to feel at home in your true home, to remember from whence you have come. If you allow the needs of this earth to dictate your actions, you automatically submit (put yourself under) the limitations of earth. The needs, responsibilities, and sustenance of earth are its gravitational pull, keeping you landlocked. To rise above the law of gravity, you must submit to a higher law. To rise above the laws of earth, you must submit to the laws of heaven. From this higher realm, lower laws will have no pull. Like Peter walking on the water, every time earth steals your focus, you will succumb to its influence. Conversely, as you become consciously aware of your true, heavenly reality, lesser realities will submit and all things will be brought into perfect alignment and into subjection to our (Mine and your) rulership.
Come with Me. Let us rule and reign on the earth together. Let us run and skip and jump and play, with the earth and its dimensions beneath our feet.
‘Rise up, My love, My fair one, and come away. For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone. The flowers appear on the earth; the time of singing has come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land. The fig tree puts forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grapes give a good smell. Rise up, My love, My fair one, and come away! O My dove, in the clefts of the rock, in the secret places of the (stairs), let Me see your face, let Me hear your voice; for your voice is sweet and your face is lovely’ (Song of Solomon 2:10-14).
As you rise, the remaining strings connecting you to earth will break and will no longer control you unless you choose to allow them to. Today, I am releasing grace to break every yoke. Today, I am inviting you to step outside of time, to go back further than the beginning and to remember what you were like before you ever experienced the yoke of earth. Remember what you were like before the beginning, before you came into an earth body. You were a free spirit – literally! No encumbrances, no hindrances, no imitations – nothing but love, joy and peace. That is who you were before, and that is who you are now. Who you were is who you will be again, because that is who you are in the heavenly realm.”
