I was praying in the Spirit when a door appeared to me. It was a wider-than-usual door and looked dark. Not knowing its nature, I prayed, submitting to all that was of God and resisting all that was not. I began moving swiftly in the Spirit toward and through that open door. I entered into the cosmos – blackness dotted with stars – and was moving at a rapid pace.
As I moved around in that place, I kept hearing “thrones, dominions, principalities, and powers” over and over. Then I heard “displacement.” That phrase is Colossians 1:9-18 – a timely word.
Then Father then said to me, “The victim mentality/slave mentality was man’s inheritance at the fall, because Adam forfeited his place of dominion, which was the original mandate: “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth” (Genesis 1:28).
The “restoration of all things” is about restoration of that place of dominion, so anything contrary to true dominion residing in your soul (victim, slavery, addiction, false submission and rebellion) must be ruthlessly dealt with.
The Father then explained to me that Esau selling his birthright was a serious thing, because it was a picture of what Adam had done. Adam traded his birthright (dominion and fruitfulness) for the scraps of self-sufficiency.
So today, join me on the Trading Floor to behold the Beautiful One and to trade every lesser thing for the dominion He died to give us. Then, let’s step through that open door, ruling and reigning from heaven into earth… bringing all of creation back into it’s rightful place of submission to the King of Kings!
